On March 2, 1977, Mr. and Mrs. VINCENT KENNETH NOGA, 79145 Sears Road, Cottage Grove, Oregon, telephone 942-4161, voluntarily appeared at the FBI Resident Agency where they furnished the following information:

At the time of captioned highjacking, they were operating a shopping center bakery adjacent to Stewarts Shop-Rite Market, Second and B Streets, in Aberdeen, Washington.

The NOGA's recalled that [REDACTED - b6/b7c] not only looked exactly like the picture, but also that prior to the highjacking, he was a compulsive chain cigarette smoker and always wore either sun glasses or tinted glasses. Neither Mrs. nor Mr. NOGA could recall the brand of cigarettes [REDACTED - b6/b7c] smoked.

After the highjacking however, quite suddenly, [REDACTED - b6/b7c] gave up smoking, and was never again seen wearing such glasses.

The NOGA's further advised that at the time of the highjacking, and while [REDACTED - b6/b7c] [REDACTED - b6/b7c] in Bellevue, Washington, and was employed [REDACTED - b6/b7c] for Northwest Orient Airlines. Although he usually [REDACTED - b6/b7c] sometime prior to the highjacking, Northwest Orient went on strike and [REDACTED - b6/b7c] was furloughed. For that reason, he was having severe financial difficulties.
