SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE BUFILE 164-2111

RE: [redacted - b6/b7c]

Re Cleveland airtel to Seattle, dated 12/28/76.

All Norjak eyewitnesses have been repeatedly contacted and have viewed countless photographs. Up to now, they have been extremely cooperative notwithstanding the many contacts they have endured both at work and at home.

Because of the length of time that has passed between the occurrence of Norjak and the present, the validity of these persons witness value has decreased.

Based on the above these witnesses will not be contacted to view photographs unless there is no other way to eliminate a suspect.

Cleveland is requested to conduct whatever leads it deems appropriate to process [redacted - b6/b7c] as a suspect in this matter. As an aid in conducting this investigation, Cleveland is requested to review Seattle report of SA [redacted - b6/b7c] dated 5/30/73.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
