[REDACTED] and that she distinctly remembers him being in the office on 11/24/71 as he was in a very grouchy mood that day. |\.| On 12/9/71, [REDACTED] was interviewed b6 at which time he stated by referring to his appointment b7C book that on 11/24/71 he drove [REDACTED] a friend of his, to the office of [REDACTED] Washington. He further stated that he had an appointment with a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] concerning [REDACTED] business that date.

[REDACTED] further stated that he was an experienced b6 skydiver taking an active part in this sport on almost b7C every weekend. He further stated he knows many of the skydivers in the area and out of the ones he knows the two whom he would be suspicious of as being capable of pulling such an extortion would be [REDACTED]
