On December 1, 1971, [REDACTED b6/b7C] Shakey's Pizza Parlor, General Executive Office, 5846 Abrams Road, Dallas, Texas, advised she checked her records but could not locate any former employment for [REDACTED b6/b7C].

She contacted [REDACTED b6/b7C] Shakey's Pizza Parlor, [REDACTED b6/b7C] Texas, and spoke with a [REDACTED b6/b7C] who was employed at this store. [REDACTED b6/b7C] stated that he recalled an [REDACTED b6/b7C] stated that an [REDACTED b6/b7C] was employed by Shakey's Pizza Parlor but he is no longer in this employ and he could not furnish any information concerning him having been employed at Shakey's Pizza Parlor.

[REDACTED b6/b7C] stated there was an [REDACTED b6/b7C] who formerly worked there between the age of 30 to 35, white male, about 5'11", [REDACTED b6/b7C] complexion and thought he weighed about 150 to 160 pounds.
