TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81)(P)
DATE: 1/20/72
FROM : SA [REDACTED]
SUBJECT: NORJAK
---
On 1/19/72, [REDACTED], Washington, advised that he has a client, [REDACTED]
Washington, who has received to
apparent "crank" letters from a [REDACTED]
Oregon, which were apparently copies of letters [REDACTED]
had sent to the FBI, Portland. One of the letters mentions D.B.
COOPER briefly, and the other indicates that [REDACTED] knows how to
find COOPER. Both of these letters appear to be written by an
emotional disturbed person. [REDACTED] furnished copies of
the letters and envelopes which are attached. [REDACTED] said
his client does not know why [REDACTED] is sending him these letters
and he is quite upset by them.
