SAC, SEATTLE
NORJAK
---
On 4/10/72 I talked to Mr. SCHUTZ at the Bureau.
I told him of the likeness of RICHARD FLOYD McCOY
to the artist's conception of the UNSUB in the captioned
case. I advised him we were checking the flights from
Portland to Salt Lake City and Portland to Seattle for two
weeks prior to 11/24/71 to see if the UNSUB had made a
similar pre-trial flight to that made by FLOYD McCOY in the
SALJAK case.
I also advised him that we were having the photo-
graphs sent here so that we could display them to the wit-
nesses, and had arranged for the Minneapolis and Portland
Offices to do the same thing.
