In response to the November 24, 1971 hijacking of the Northwest Orient airliner Nov. 24.

Your composite drawing of the man known as (D. B. Cooper) matches to a (T) a man who used to hang around an apartment on [REDACTED] His name was [REDACTED] Blank, I don't remember his last name, but his first name is [REDACTED] but he was going by the name of [REDACTED]

He was broke and out of work and very worried about his money situation. He would come to the apartment of [REDACTED] and pretend to make a phone call about some job [REDACTED] but he would push the receiver button down and pretend he was talking to someone. He disappeared when the hijacking took place and he always wore a dark xxxx suit and dark sun glasses.

I don't know his last name, but if you go to the address on the bottom of this page the manager there will know as he used to hang around there, and he used to work in a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] before he was fired for unknown reasons. The [REDACTED] name is [REDACTED]

Also this man said that he was an experienced parachutist. So I am quite sure if you look into this information you will have the first evidence of this terrible crime. I believe if he is not in Seattle yet he is somewhere in Florida because that is where he talked about going. [REDACTED]

Thank you for your time and patience.
