TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) (P) DATE: 5/5/72
FROM : SA [redacted]
SUBJECT: NORJAK

RE: SUSPECT
[redacted SUSPECT]
ReSE memo of SA [redacted] dated 4/7/72;
and memo of SA [redacted] dated 4/14/72.
[redacted] has contacted the Seattle Office of
the FBI on several occasions since first being interviewed
by Bureau Agents. He has been extremely helpful with re-
gard to background information on himself, and his where-
abouts on November 24, 1971. He was advised that efforts to
locate a recent photograph of him have met with negative
results and he voluntarily offered a private photograph for
viewing by witnesses.
In view of this and the fact that [redacted]
facial characteristics did not match those on the artist's
composite sketch, it is recommended that investigation of
him as a suspect in this case be terminated.
