ASAC JOSEPH E. O'CONNELL
NORJAK
---
Subsequent to my arrival in Seattle, I have
taken every opportunity to review results of investigation
conducted in this matter.
I am of the opinion that the investigation
requires the complete investigative attention of one
Agent and with this in mind I have designated SA [REDACTED] b6
[REDACTED] to conduct such investigation. I have instructed b7c
[REDACTED] to insure that his present cases are brought to a
logical conclusion and/or posted at the earliest possible
time after which they will be reassigned to SA [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] on transfer to Seattle, from Los Angeles. I have
further instructed SA [REDACTED] to get together with SA CHARLES
E. FARRELL so he can get his bearings on the NORJAK matter
and then to vigorously pursue all investigative leads in
this case.
JEO:klb SA FARRELL to whom the case was previously assigned
(3) is the only approved relief for the #2 Desk and in
addition performs other administrative duties which precludes
him from giving his undivided attention to the NORJAK which it
deserves.
