RE: [REDACTED] X b6 b7C portion 164-81-1a Enclosed for the investigative assistance of (4a) Seattle are two photographs of captioned suspect taken by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office in November 1964.
[REDACTED] was a former [REDACTED] at a parachute b6 school in Lancaster, California, in [REDACTED] and has been b7C described as [REDACTED] a heavy smoker of cigarettes, and reportedly lost considerable weight during 1965. He reportedly [REDACTED] name unknown, in Seattle, Washington, he formerly resided in that city, and was extradited from Los Angeles to the State of Washington in [REDACTED]. He has been described by former associates as a daredevil capable of trying anything.
