ACTING DIRECTOR, FBI (164-2111) 3/19/73

SAC, ATLANTA (164-254) (P)

RE [REDACTED]

---

Re Seattle letter to Atlanta, 11/13/72. [handwritten: /[guess: lo] 4-8L /[guess: la]]

Enclosed for the Seattle Division is a 1 X 1½ color snapshot, full-face photograph of [REDACTED]

Referenced Seattle letter points out the obvious discrepancies in physical descriptions between suspect [REDACTED] and UNSUB. While these discrepancies are considered substantial enough to eliminate [REDACTED] from consideration as a suspect in this matter, it is felt that since [REDACTED] was suggested as a suspect by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and since a good likeness photograph of [REDACTED] is available, it is requested that the Seattle Division display the photo- graph to appropriate witnesses and thereafter return the photograph to Atlanta for ultimate return to the FAA, Atlanta.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
