[REDACTED] advised [REDACTED] that he was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] in turn said he guessed he, [REDACTED] said yes and arrangements were made to turn [REDACTED] over to a friend of [REDACTED] in Canada, and this friend would in turn forward [REDACTED].

[REDACTED] states that [REDACTED] never contacted this friend and that he has not been in contact with [REDACTED] since then.

He reiterated that he has not physically seen [REDACTED] [REDACTED] since 1968 and that the last contact he had with [REDACTED] was in December, 1971.
