RE: [REDACTED b6/b7C]

---

Reurairtel to Salt Lake City, 6/28/73.

The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED b6/b7C] at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada, on 7/5/73:

[REDACTED b6/b7C], Nellis AFB Personnel Section, advised he has no record identifiable with [REDACTED b6/b7C] continued that his records would only reflect personnel coming into or leaving Nellis AFB for the past 12 months. This is because once a serviceman leaves Nellis AFB, his records are forwarded to a new duty station, and if the serviceman does not report or is absent without leave for six months or longer, his records are forwarded to Randolph AFB.

[REDACTED b6/b7C], Nellis AFB Hospital, advised he does not have any record identifiable with [REDACTED b6/b7C].
