OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 MAY 1962 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) DATE: 11-8-73

FROM : SA CHARLES E. FARRELL

SUBJECT: NORJAK

---

At 11:28 AM, 11-8-73, SA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Minneapolis Division, stated he had just received a telephone call from the office of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] for Northwest Airlines, Minneapolis with the following information:

---

[REDACTED] has received two telephone calls from a [REDACTED] Los Angeles, California, whose first call inquired as to whether or not there was any reward in con- nection with the hijacking of Northwest Airlines Flight 305. After being informed of the finders fee of 15%, [REDACTED] claimed to have documentary evidence linking "them" to the hijacking. There was no explanation of "them" but [REDACTED] said that supposedly one of them had been considered as a suspect but was eliminated.

---

SA [REDACTED] said that [REDACTED] apparently has been in touch with SA [REDACTED] of the FBI Office at Wilshire, California but apparently meaning the Los Angeles Office on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. [REDACTED] was supposed to call SA [REDACTED] and furnish him with more information as to the identity of the people he has in mind which call was supposed to be made on the afternoon of 11-8-73.

---

[REDACTED] was interested in knowing the amount of the reward, if it is still available and just how he would go about getting it.
