TO SAC SEATTLE 164-81 DATE: 1-10-74

FROM SA [REDACTED]

SUBJECT:NORJACK 00 SEATTLE

---

[REDACTED] La Center, Washington was reinterviewed on 1-9-74 at whichtime he stated he still flies but [REDACTED]. He stated he has been contacted several times concerning the NORJAK matter and has been alert for any information of value. He said no one in the area has found anything which would be of value in the investigation. He said he has never seen anything from the air which would be of value in this matter.

From a personal observation of [REDACTED] it is the opinion of the writer that [REDACTED] does not resemble the sketch of D. B. COOPER.

[REDACTED] has been a longtime resident of the LaCenter, Washington area and for the past 12 years has resided [REDACTED] where he was interviewed. He indicated [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] was interviewed by FBI Agents shortly after the location of the area where COOPER was thought to have bailed out and [REDACTED] was searched without locating anything of value.

In view of the above it is felt that [REDACTED] can be eliminated as being identical to COOPER.
