The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] at Bakersfield, California:
[REDACTED], Bakersfield Community College, contacted 1/29/74, and said [REDACTED]. Within a year after that time, [REDACTED] left the United States and accepted a teaching assignment in Vietnam. To her knowledge, he has not returned to the United States since that time. He occasionally writes [REDACTED]. She last heard [REDACTED] was in Nepal. She said she would locate his last known address and a photograph.
[REDACTED] advised she has no knowledge of [REDACTED] whereabouts during October, November, or December, 1971, and assumes he was overseas. She has absolutely no information to indicate his involvement in captioned matter.
