Re Omaha report of SA [REDACTED] dated 2/15/74; and Omaha letters to Sacramento, dated 3/26/74 and 3/29/74.

Enclosed for Sacramento are six copies of Omaha investigative insert at Lincoln, Nebraska.

On 4/12/74 [REDACTED] Minnetonka, Minnesota, personally contacted the North Platte, Nebraska, Resident Agency. They advised that RUSSELL WALTER FINKLER had been missing from their jurisdiction since 11/[REDACTED]/73 and that on 3/31/74 his body was found near Minnetonka. They further advised that the vehicle that subject [REDACTED] stole was stolen less than two miles from where FINKLER's body was recovered and where his abandoned car was found. They further advised that the stolen Minnesota license plates found in the [REDACTED] stolen car were stolen less than two miles from the FINKLER body.
