Efforts to locate [REDACTED] were unproductive until April 15, 1974, and upon revealing to him the purpose of interview, advised he could furnish no information whatsoever which would identify his neighbor residing at [REDACTED] in Tacoma, Washington. [REDACTED] advised he lives at [REDACTED] and is acquainted with [REDACTED] who use to live in the neighborhood, but advised [REDACTED] and he does not know this individual's whereabouts.
