On 1/28/75, [REDACTED b6/b7C] Veterans Administration Hospital (VAH) 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, advised that [REDACTED b6/b7C] had been discharged from the VAH facility in Palo Alto on [REDACTED b6/b7C] having been transferred to the VAH facility in Menlo Park, California.
