For information of Kansas City, Milwaukee Division has previously developed [REDACTED] as a suspect in captioned matter and on 10/31/74 photographs of [REDACTED] were forwarded to Seattle to be displayed to logical witnesses. Seattle was requested to thereafter advise Milwaukee if further investigation was required and no request from Seattle was received by Milwaukee, and no further investigation of [REDACTED] was conducted.
