Specimens received 11/10/75
Q3 Parachute
Result of examination:
Specimen Q3 consists of the remnants of an orange
and white parachute, mostly deteriorated. The FBI Laboratory
does not have the necessary reference information to determine
the origin or normal utilization of the Q3 parachute.
Because of the climatic variables involved, the age
of Q3 and the duration of time it was concealed under a log
cannot be determined.
