OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 JULY 1973 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81)(P) DATE: 6/1/76

FROM : SA [REDACTED]

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE Bufile: 164-2111

Re: [REDACTED]

---

[REDACTED] is being considered a suspect in this matter because he supposedly closely resembles the artist composite of Unknown Subject. A copy of [REDACTED] Washington State driver's license shows a white male, approximately 50 years old, and indicates his height to be 6' and weight 130 pounds. In addition, [REDACTED] hair is almost entirely missing on top and he in no way resembles the artist composite of Unknown Subject.

In view of this, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
