RE: [REDACTED]

Re memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 5/21/76.

---

Criminal checks at the Seattle Police Department, King County Department of Public Safety and the Auburn Police Department on 6/1/76 revealed no record for the suspect [REDACTED]. Credit check with Credit Data Northwest on 6/2/76 also revealed no record.

In view of the fact that [REDACTED] was suggested as a suspect in this matter based on description and his driver's license shows him to be quite dissimilar in physical appearance, both in height, weight and appearance from the artist composite of UNSUB; and due to the fact that there is a definite lack of any real evidence to indicate he is involved in this matter, no further in- vestigation will be conducted concerning [REDACTED] at this time.
