For the information of the San Francisco Division, on 6/21/76, [redacted/blank space] Washington State Peni- tentiary, Walla Walla, Washington, advised that inmate WILLIAM B. LEWIS, Inmate #247886, was arrested on 12/28/72 on several counts of Grand Larceny from Kitsap County, Wash- ington. On 3/2/73, LEWIS was given two 15 year sentences on the above charges.
