FROM : ADIC, LOS ANGELES (164-497) (13)
SUBJECT: NORJAK
OO: SE
---
ReButel, 11/1/76, authorizing use of hypnosis in interview of [REDACTED] California, to enhance her memory of an August, 1976, conversation regarding a skyjacking believed to involve NORJAK.
---
[REDACTED] was interviewed under hypnosis on 11/3/76 by [REDACTED] at his office in Beverly Hills, California. SA [REDACTED] who is trained in hypnosis, conducted the pre-induction interview to acquaint [REDACTED] with the technique of hypnosis. Case Agent [REDACTED] was present during the interview. A waiver was obtained from [REDACTED] and the session was tape recorded.
---
[REDACTED] responded to [REDACTED] induction technique and entered a medium-light state of hypnosis. Once [REDACTED] was hypnotized and regressed to the date in question, [REDACTED] turned hypnotic rapport over to SA [REDACTED]. The information [REDACTED] had previously furnished was then reviewed with her in detail and she supplied essentially the same information about the August, 1976, conversation she had given earlier in the investigation.
---
While under hypnosis, [REDACTED] also supplied entirely new information as follows:
