Re Albany airtel to Seattle, 6/29/76.

Enclosed for Kansas City are one copy of Detroit letter to New York, 2/6/76; one copy of FD-302 with [REDACTED] 6/7/76, at Albany and one copy of photo of [REDACTED] as shown in The New York State Credit Union League publication.

On 7/8/76, efforts were made to locate and inter- view [REDACTED] at his last known address of [REDACTED] Castleton, New York, at which time it was determined that this home is now vacant and for sale. Inquiry was made of [REDACTED] next door neighbor who advised that the [REDACTED] had moved about two weeks ago leaving a forwarding address of [REDACTED] Liberty, Missouri. [REDACTED] Neighbor advised [REDACTED] to be in his early forties, originally from Illinois or Iowa and had lived "all over the world."

On 7/8/76, an attempt was made to obtain more descriptive data on [REDACTED] through the New York State computerized driver's license records with negative results. It appears that he does not hold a New York State operator's license even though he has resided in New York since January, 1973.
