On 11/29/76, [REDACTED], Tacoma, Wash., furnished the following information concerning D. B. COOPER.

[REDACTED] flyer and parachutist, and [REDACTED], Tacoma, are going to have this newspaper, "National Inquirer", from Florida send a photographer and reporter to Seattle, which they are going to pay [REDACTED] for a story to where D. B. COOPER IS. [REDACTED] wants the FBI in Tacoma to be present when "National Inquirer" arrives.

[REDACTED] stated, "this is on elusion and magic we know who D. B. COOPER is". [REDACTED] stated, COOPER tried to fool the FBI, instead of flying South to California he turned left to a mountain at 10,000 ft. and had (4) parachutes to use. [REDACTED] also stated COOPER was in Olympia celebrating his victory Saturday 11/27/76, but [REDACTED] was not there.

[REDACTED] appears to have many elusions of D. B. COOPER, which he rambles on incoherantly.
