B. COOPER, unknown subject in captioned matter. [REDACTED] stated that from a preliminary inquiry by HPD, the only information available concerning this individual is that he is the owner of a 1975 Chevrolet, Hawaii license [REDACTED] and he has an account at the Bank of Hawaii (BOH).

On 8/10/76, [REDACTED] (former SA), [REDACTED] [REDACTED] BOH, Honolulu, Hawaii, advised that a [REDACTED] residing at the above address has [REDACTED] at the Kaneohe Branch of the BOH and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Social Security Number is [REDACTED] and he is employed [REDACTED] at Bay Chevrolet, Kaneohe, Hawaii.
