OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 JULY 1973 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum

TO : SAC, NEW ORLEANS (164-136) DATE: 1/28/77

FROM : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81)

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE BUfile 164-2111

RE: [REDACTED]

---

The information furnished by [REDACTED] to date does not appear to be compatible with what is known by Seattle concerning NORJAK. The description [REDACTED] furnishes regarding [REDACTED] is in no way even close to the description of UNSUB in this matter. In addition, it appears that [REDACTED] reliability may be questionable.

However, Seattle cannot make a final decision as to whether [REDACTED] should or should not review photo- graphs referred to in New Orleans letter to Seattle dated 1/10/77.

New Orleans is requested to advise Seattle whether it is felt any logical lead has not been covered concerning this aspect of the investigation and, in addition, advise whether or not New Orleans feels it is feasible to have [REDACTED] examine approximately 10,000 photographs maintained by the Louisiana State Police.
