OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 JULY 1973 EDITION GSA FPMR (41 CFR) 101-11.6 UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Memorandum
TO : SAC, SEATTLE (164-81[REDACTED]) DATE: 8/1/77
FROM : SA [REDACTED]
SUBJECT: NORJAK (A) OO: Seattle
RE: [REDACTED]
---
Re memo of SA [REDACTED] 3/30/77.
[REDACTED] was suggested as a suspect by RICHARD WILLIAMS, Sheriff, Klickitat County Sheriff's Office, because he resembled the artist's composite of UNSUB. According to WILLIAMS, [REDACTED] characteristics follow those put out on UNSUB in this matter by the FBI. There is no indication that [REDACTED] is a pilot or paratrooper; however, WILLIAMS advised there was an indication that [REDACTED] was an employee at the Boeing Company and is very familiar with Boeing airplanes.
On 4/22/77, [REDACTED] Boeing Company, advised after searching her records, that those records failed to reflect the name of [REDACTED] or logical variations of that name, as being a former employee of the Boeing Company.
A check with Washington State DMV revealed the following information concerning [REDACTED]:
[REDACTED] possessed a Washington State driver's license which expired in 1974, [REDACTED] This license reflected a DOB of [REDACTED] address [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Federal Way, Washington, hair brown, height 5'9", weight 168 lbs., and there was a notation that the license was cancelled out of state to Oregon on 12/18/74.
On 7/11/77, a check with the Seattle Police Department and King County Department of Public Safety failed to reveal a record identifiable with [REDACTED] Check
