Synopsis: On 6/13/75, [REDACTED] by Milwaukee County authorities, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, [REDACTED] with information subsequently developed that he had fled the jurisdiction of Wisconsin. On 8/20/75, [REDACTED] process obtained before U.S. Magistrate, Milwaukee, with warrant issued same date charging violation U.S. Code, [REDACTED] During course of fugitive investigation, [REDACTED] stopped by Muskego, Wisconsin, Police Department on the night of 10/4/75 in [REDACTED] police officers. A search by Bureau Agent and Muskego police officers of the vehicle in which [REDACTED] was driving revealed briefcase which was determined to have contained [REDACTED] in U.S. currency. Origin of money undetermined at this time and maintained in possession of Muskego Police Department including $50 obtained from [REDACTED] wallet.
