SUBJECT: NORJAK (A) OO: SEATTLE BUFILE 164-2111

RE: [REDACTED]

---

[REDACTED] has been suggested as a suspect in this matter by several sources and has been investigated at least twice by the Seattle Division as a suspect. All investigation to link [REDACTED] with this matter has proved negative and due to the fact that his age at the time of the NORJAK hijacking was [REDACTED] and that his physical description is not similar to UNSUB in this matter, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
