RE: ROBERT WESLEY RACKSTRAW

ROBERT RACKSTRAW, San Joaquin County Jail, French Camp, California, refused to give consent to having major case prints taken without the advice of his attorney, [REDACTED] Oakland, California.

On 3/7/79, Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney [REDACTED] Eastern District of California, Sacramento, California, contacted RACKSTRAW's attorney, [REDACTED] Oakland, California, and advised that [REDACTED] desired the FBI to obtain a court order prior to obtaining major case prints from ROBERT RACKSTRAW.

In view of the above, Sacramento is conducting no further investigation in this matter subsequent to receiving a subpoena for RACKSTRAW's major case prints.
