On December 31, 1979, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Vancouver, Washington, telephone [REDACTED] provided the following information by telephone:

An individual known to him by the name of [REDACTED] is a possible suspect in the D. B. COOPER matter. He feels this way because [REDACTED] was a Navy Paratrooper and [REDACTED] Boeing Airfield in Seattle. Recently, [REDACTED] Oregon, and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] The purchase of this property took place in April or May, 1979. In addition, [REDACTED] who now lives in Kent, Washington, does "strange things"; such as, not wanting anyone "snooping around" his property and acting in a very suspicious manner.

Based on the apparent age and height discrepancy, it is suggested that no further action be taken concerning this matter and that [REDACTED] not be considered a suspect.
