It is noted in referenced airtel that there is no age given for Melvin Cooper. Sacramento Division should determine approximate age for Melvin Cooper and if he would have been in his mid-40's in 1971. Sacramento Division should conduct additional investigation through U. S. Forest Service and at Santa Barbara, California, to resolve this matter.
