B. Cooper by "thinking" about him and sensing his whereabouts from brain waves emanating from Cooper.
Contact was made with [REDACTED] of Housing Assistance, Inc., 5314 Williamsburg Court, Kansas City, Missouri, telephone number [REDACTED] for [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] is an unemploy- ed, [REDACTED] individual who is current- ly imagining that he is a modern Sherlock Holmes. It is [REDACTED] opinion that [REDACTED] is harmless.
Kansas City is conducting no further investigation into this matter and will consider it RUC unless advised to the contrary.
