Re: [REDACTED]
---
Reference Little Rock airtel to Seattle dated October 21, 1988.
[REDACTED] Valley Springs, Arkansas, suggested in referenced communication that [REDACTED] should be considered as a suspect in captioned matter. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] was the [REDACTED] who along with [REDACTED] were indicted and convicted of [REDACTED] in captioned case. [REDACTED] described [REDACTED] as a white male, approximately 5'6" to 5'11" in height, late 40's or early 50's. [REDACTED] also advised that [REDACTED] was a paratrooper in World War II.
In view of the fact that [REDACTED] age at the present time, late 40's to early 50's, would imply that his age at the time of the hijacking was 28 to 35 years old and that he is relatively short, perhaps 5'6" in height, and in the absence of any further information that would indicate [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in this matter, other than a hunch by [REDACTED] that no further investigation is warranted concerning [REDACTED]. If, however, additional information is developed with would indicate that [REDACTED] should be considered as a suspect, this portion of the investigation will be reopened and that investigation conducted at that time.
