Re Seattle airtel to Bureau dated 7/7/89.
REQUEST OF FBIHQ:
The Bureau, Identification Division, is requested to compare the fingerprints of [REDACTED] submitted by the Richmond Division under the name [REDACTED] to the NORJAK partials and provide results to Seattle Division.
In referenced airtel, Richmond was requested to obtain a copy of [REDACTED] arrest fingerprints suitable for comparison and forward same to Identification Division for comparison with NORJAK partials. It should be noted that the fingerprints obtained from [REDACTED] were submitted to FBIHQ under his alias, [REDACTED] subsequent to his arrest in Richmond, Va., on [REDACTED]
