Enclosed for Seattle is one picture of [REDACTED] taken during the summer of 1988.

Based on information furnished by Seattle in referenced airtel, [REDACTED] Redding, California, [REDACTED] telephone number [REDACTED] was contacted and advised that [REDACTED] is currently [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] had telephonically told her that he was, in fact, the individual responsible for captioned hijacking and the individual who was called D. B. COOPER.

On 8/25/89, [REDACTED] no telephone number, was contacted and advised that she [REDACTED] who resides at [REDACTED] Redding, California, telephone number [REDACTED]. She stated that [REDACTED] for whatever reason, has upon occasion, bragged to various individuals that he, in fact, is D. B. COOPER. She stated that she is positive that, in fact, he is not D. B. COOPER, but [REDACTED] who is constantly [REDACTED] believes that the airplane which COOPER hijacked passed directly over his house which is located in Jones Valley north of Sacramento, California.

She further advised that upon occasion she has heard [REDACTED] tell individuals at various bars in and around Redding, California, that he is responsible for captioned matter and that he has the money which was taken hidden.

She further advised that [REDACTED] is currently unemployed and attempting to obtain workmen's compensation due to the fact that he had [REDACTED] which was being built in Burney, California. She advised
