Memorandum

To : SAC, SEATTLE (164A-81) (P) Date 2/9/90

From : SA [REDACTED]

Subject: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE

---

Re UNSUB; (FNU) [REDACTED] SOURCE; SUB J MISCELLANEOUS PERSONS, and Portland airtel/to Seattle dated 12/11/89.

Referenced communication enclosed a letter written by an anonymous writer from [REDACTED] in Walla Walla, Washington, telephone number [REDACTED]. The letter suggested (FNU) [REDACTED] as possibly being identical with UNSUB in this matter. The letter was not specific as to the reason [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect other than to suggest that [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] made two or three trips to Juneau, Alaska, a short period of time after the hijacking to apparently be with a relative that had been hurt in an airplane crash.

---

SA [REDACTED] has determined that the subscriber to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in Walla Walla, Washington, is [REDACTED]. In view of the fact that there does not appear to be any direct evidence to indicate (FNU) [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in the NORJAK case, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS
