Cooper is someone that used the name [REDACTED] said that [REDACTED] was part of his sky-diving club back in the last 1960's for more than a year. [REDACTED] disappeared before 1970 but soon after the Cooper incident in 1971, [REDACTED] remembers seeing the sketch of Cooper in a Parachusts Magazine.
