as photograph #3 I wish to state is not me and I don't know who he is. Upon observing photograph #4 I recognize this as a photo of [REDACTED] who was present along with his father [REDACTED] when the photo with the wig was taken. I never met the other party responsible for this photograph being taken, the unknown woman, talking to [REDACTED] in either the Melody Lane or the Attic Lounge discussing a woman who as I understood received a large sum of money either from an estate or a settlement or both who was interested in investing it in [REDACTED] My understanding was this woman either [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in Seattle on the waterfront or [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and that she expected to be romanced along with the investment. [REDACTED] spent quite awhile discussing this and I stated well who was going to look at me romantically and then it got to be more or less a joke and then we walked up the street to Pacific Avenue and went into a wig shop as we had mentioned some- thing about that I could always wear a wig. So we borrowed a wig from the clerk in the store under the guise we were going to buy the wig and then I put the wig on and [REDACTED] took my photograph with a polaroid camera. [REDACTED] showed me this photograph but I did not receive a copy of it as he and [REDACTED] were going to give it to the woman. I don't recall when photograph #2 was taken but it must have been about the same time as I was wearing the same clothes. After the photograph was taken the wig was returned to the wig shop. I decided against [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] showing this photo to the woman so they did not.
