COOPER and news article that appeared in 11/14 issue of the San Diego Union newspaper. [REDACTED] advised composite of COOPER bears a strong resemblance to an individual he served military duty with at El Toro, California. [REDACTED] was uncertain as to whether [REDACTED] who was originally from the State of Washington.
