Check of Los Angeles indices is negative and California Law Enforcement Teletype System (CLETS) was also negative regarding [REDACTED]
Inasmuch as there is no logical reason to believe that [REDACTED] is connected with captioned matter and there has been no information furnished by witnesses this matter that subject had reddish-colored cheeks or a skin disease, no further investigation is being conducted at this time.
