On November 30, 1971, [REDACTED] advised SA [REDACTED] that he recalled a FRANCIS CHRISTMAS who over ten years ago periodically arrived [REDACTED] with aircraft. He presumed that CHRISTMAS was ferrying aircrafts from outside [REDACTED].

[REDACTED] advised that it is his recollection that CHRISTMAS wore out his welcome [REDACTED] and he has not seen CHRISTMAS [REDACTED] years.

He advised that he knew of no one in [REDACTED] who would be in contact with CHRISTMAS or who would have any information concerning his present whereabouts. He has the recollection that CHRISTMAS might have been an employee and/or he might have held and executive type of position with Seaboard and World Airlines when that airlines was first founded years ago. He has the recollection that CHRISTMAS might have been a Vice President of the founding company and it is his further recollection that after the company got on its feet CHRISTMAS was ousted.

He described CHRISTMAS as being a white male, 52-55 years of age, 5'11" tall, 155-160 lbs.

He knew of no associates and/or relatives of CHRISTMAS. He believes CHRISTMAS was from the Texas- Arkansas-Kentucky area.

He advised that he would make inquiry and if he came upon any information that would lead to CHRISTMAS' further identification and whereabouts he would immediately notify the FBI.
