Re San Francisco letter to Seattle dated 6/27/80.

Enclosed for Seattle are two photographs, one of them being the photograph furnished by [REDACTED] and the other photograph being the most recent one of [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

On 10/22/80, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in the NORJAK hijacking. [REDACTED] bases his opinion on the fact that the hijacker is known as D. B. COOPER and that [REDACTED] is the last of what might be considered the rugged individualists. Further, [REDACTED] is of the opinion that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] bears a resemblance to the composite picture which was made following the hijacking. [REDACTED] thought [REDACTED] was a parachutist and knows him to be a pilot very knowledgeable about aircraft. Further, [REDACTED] is an outdoorsman and knowledgeable about the wilderness areas both in the United States and Canada. In [REDACTED] led [REDACTED], however, the [REDACTED] was never completed. Following is a description of [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
