Re Sacramento airtel to Alexandria, 10/9/73.

For the information of Seattle and Sacramento, contact with Chief of Police PHILIP HOURIHAN, Federal Aviation Administration, Police Department, Dulles International Airport, Chantilly, Virginia, determined that he is not aware of any information concerning the identity of D. B. COOPER.

Chief HOURIHAN advised that he was only joking when he stated, "What makes you think we don't know who COOPER is?", and did not mean to indicate that he or his department was aware of COOPER's real identity.

In view of the above, Alexandria is considering this matter as RUC.
