AI notes

Commentary by the AI model that transcribed this page. It may bring in context the page itself does not state. The scan is the source; the transcript is machine-generated from it.

A handwritten letter addressed to 'Dear Sir,' in which the author states they read an article in Enquire (likely the National Enquirer) and wishes to discuss feelings or information they have about the D.B. Cooper case, offering to share if the recipient is interested. FOIA exemption codes b6 (personal privacy) and b7C (law enforcement personal privacy) applied twice, indicating redacted personal information. A large redacted area obscuring what appears to be the remainder of the letter, likely containing the author's personal information (name, address, or signature), consistent with b6/b7C exemptions. FBI Vault document identifier stamp.

Handwritten cursive, moderately difficult to read
Large redacted area covering lower-center portion of page
Two b6/b7C FOIA exemption markings on the right margin
