[REDACTED], Northwest b6 Orient Airlines, Minneapolis International Airport, was b7C shown an airplane decal recovered in the State of Washington. [REDACTED] advised that there is a ninety-nine per cent chance that this decal came from the same aircraft hijacked by D. D. Cooper.

[REDACTED] noted that the decals placed on the b6 aircraft are bright red in lettering and that the one b7C recovered in Washington and displayed to him appears to be more maroon.
