Re Bureau teletype 12/28/71.

Referenced teletype instructed that receiving offices should canvas all police agencies in their divisions to identify missing persons who would resemble known des- criptive information available on hijacker. The artist's conception produced in connection with this matter is to be used in these contacts.

An APB has been sent to the State of Washington requesting that receiving departments review their missing person reports for persons meeting the description; however no replies have been received.

Each Senior Resident Agent is requested to contact the police agencies within his territory for any information concerning missing persons who would fit the description or who could be considered suspect in this matter.
